Help without the app
This page works without Kismet’s application JavaScript, a sign-in check or a loaded dating profile.
When a screen will not open
A failed page download or display error is not proof that your account, photographs or conversations have been deleted. Check your internet connection and try opening Kismet again. A browser extension or blocked script can also prevent the app from starting.
Opening the app again starts a new page. Unsaved local drafts or pending action details may be lost. The interactive help link still needs the app’s JavaScript.
When browser storage is unavailable
Kismet checks whether it can write, read and remove a small, non-sensitive local-storage marker before starting its sign-in code. If this fails, use Check browser and retry after reviewing this site’s storage permission, or open Kismet in a browser you trust. You do not need to disable protection for other websites or clear all browsing data.
The check does not inspect saved account values or prove that sign-in cookies, network services or private photographs work. A successful check is only a current browser observation. Sign-in links should never be forwarded to support.
Do not repeat an uncertain action blindly
A timeout or blank screen does not cancel a request already sent. Check the saved result, original retry or report recovery code before creating another send, report or account. Restarting the app does not resume a paused account, remove a restriction or change privacy choices.

Explain which screen failed and what you expected. A visible KISMET-PAGE or KISMET-APP reference may help. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, private invitation secrets, photo links or identity documents.
