A place to recover when Kismet cannot finish checking your sign-in or dating profile. You can read this page without signing in.

A retry checks access; it does not create a profile, send a report or change account choices. Rechecking sign-in may close member screens, so copy unsaved work first. A timeout does not cancel a request already sent.
Choose the right recovery
Check your connection, then retry. A temporary failure is not a reason to create another account. When sign-in is required, use the original account you intended to use.
A paused or restricted profile is different from a loading problem. Retrying does not resume it, remove a restriction or bypass registration. Signed-in members can use Safety and support even when the dating-profile check fails.
A page will not download or display
Member pages load their code when opened. A page error is different from a missing account. Retry that page or use its explicit reload control; a full reload can discard unsaved drafts. Do not repeat an uncertain send or save without checking its result.
Help without the appThe separate help page needs no application JavaScript. It cannot work when the host itself is unreachable.
Check this browser’s storage
This optional check writes, reads and removes a small non-sensitive marker. It does not inspect stored account values, clear browser data or change your privacy settings.
A browser may change storage access later. No successful result is permanently remembered, and nothing is checked repeatedly in the background.
